Betoriginal tira lucro

Ich habe mich vor einiger Zeit bei Betoriginal angemeldet einbezahlt 

Und wollte mit 200€ auszahlen lassen einige tage Später wurde die Auszahlung von 200€ stoniert und der Gewinn würde auch gelöscht mir wurde gesagt ich könnte nicht etwas auszahlen wenn der bonus noch aktiv ist also es ist so wenn ich den bonus nicht umgesetzt hätte dann hätte ich auch nicht auszahlen lassen können klingt doch Logisch

Ist ja bei anderen Casino auch so aber wenn ich auf Auszahlung gehen kann dann ist er umgesetzt 

als ich mit dem Chat schrieb wurde mir gesagt ich habe gegen die Regel verstoßen der Gewinn würde gelöscht und ich hatte Dann nu noch das was ich einbezahlt hatte das waren 25€

Ich muss doch mein Geld zurück bekommen

I registered with Betoriginal some time ago and made a deposit

And wanted to cash out €200 a few days later the withdrawal of €200 was canceled and the winnings would also be deleted. I was told I couldn't withdraw anything if the bonus was still active, so if I hadn't implemented the bonus then I would have I can't get paid out either, but it sounds logical

It's the same at other casinos, but if I can pay out then it's implemented

Hi, so wie ich das sehe behauptet das Casino, dass du den zulässigen Maximaleinsatz von 4 Euro überschritten hast, bevor du die Bonusbedingungen vollständig umgesetzt hast. Bist du sicher, dass du alle Umsatzbedingungen vollständig erfüllt hattest, bevor du mehr als 4 Euro je Spiel gesetzt hast? Ich habe nicht einmal mit 4€ einsatz gespielt und auserdem sieht man im profil nicht wieviel bonus man erspielen muss da gibt es keine Fortschrittanzeige,  wahrscheinlich absichtlich so 

Und wenn Ich den bonus nicht umgesetzt hätte dann hätte ich auch keine Auszahlung machen können 

Den bonus kann man ja nicht auszahlen

Ich finde das eine Schweinerei von den Casino 

Und dann sofort den Gewinn lösche und entfernen ist nicht OK

I didn't even play with a stake of €4 and you can't see in the profile how much bonus you have to earn because there is no progress bar, probably intentionally

And if I hadn't implemented the bonus then I wouldn't have been able to make a withdrawal

You cannot pay out the bonus

I think this is a mess on the part of the casino

And then immediately deleting and removing the win is not OK

Auserdem gibt es einen Wettverlauf und da würde man sehen wenn es so wäre was ja nicht ist

Und hat sich da was ergeben ? Hatte auch mal das Problem !
Aber war nicht so viel und zahlte paar Wochen später nochmal ein und gewann und (Aber ohne Bonus)!
