Ich habe mich dann beim Support gemeldet,welcher mir dann mitteilte, dass er mir die Freispiele nicht gutschreiben kann, weil ich schon mal einen Bonus ohne Einzahlung genutzt habe und ich erst wieder einzahlen müsste um die Freispiele zu erhalten.

Daraufhin habe ich gefragt wie es denn sein kann, das man mir heute (30.04.) eine Email zu meinem bevorstehenden Geburtstag sendet in der man mir heute mitteilt das ich mir mein ganz besonderes Geschenk zu meinem morgigen beim Support abholen kann. Ich habe ihm direkt ein Screen der Mail hinterher geschickt und das Datum der Mail sowie den ersten Satz "Es ist uns nicht entfallen, dass morgen ihr Geburtstag ist..." sowie einen Screen von den Daten in meinem Spieleraccount auf dem ich mein Geburtsdatum (welches man selber übrigens nicht umändern kann) ebenfalls Farbig umrandet habe.

I then contacted support, who told me that they couldn't credit me with the free spins because I had already used a no deposit bonus and I would have to deposit again to get the free spins.

I then asked how it could be that today (April 30th) they sent me an email for my upcoming birthday, telling me that I can pick up my very special gift from support tomorrow. I sent him a screen of the email straight away and the date of the email as well as the first sentence "We didn't forget that tomorrow is her birthday..." as well as a screen of the data in my player account on which I entered my date of birth ( which, by the way, you cannot change yourself) have also been outlined in color.

He then replied because they had already used a no deposit bonus. My answer to that was: "Oh, please excuse me, I misunderstood that, I thought my gift was 20 free spins, I only now realized that they wanted to give me 30 days."

Bei pokerstars ist das auch irgendwie ziemlich willkürlich. 1 mal pokertickets im wert von 22 Euro bekommen. Das 2 mal nichts und das Jahr darauf, auf Nachfrage,  ein tunierticket im wert von 6 Euro (wo ich nach 1 minute schon wieder rausflog :D )

At pokerstars it's somehow quite arbitrary. Got poker tickets worth 22 euros once. The 2 times nothing and the following year, upon request, a tournament ticket worth 6 euros (where I was kicked out again after 1 minute :D)

Grundsätzlich ist es leider schon auffallend, dass diese Art Bonus immer weniger wird :(

Platin ist zwar wie gewohnt mit den erwähnten 10€ dabei, allerdings distanzier ich mich aufgrund der Entwicklung in letzter Zeit leider von Platin. Was traurig ist, da es zu meinen Lieblingscasinos gehörte. 

Lapalingo und Löwenplay geben soweit ich weiß immer einen Bonus in höhe des Alters welches du erreichst, dessen Umsatzanforderungen allerdings nicht ohne waren soweit ich mich errinner.

Bin in vielen "Dama" Casinos gerade vertreten welche auch oft einen Hinweis auf einen Geburtstagsbonus haben. Habe aber noch keinen dort gefeiert, wo ich aktiv dort war. 

Xtip/Merkur gab immer eine Freebet.

Je nach deinem Status geben die GALAKTIKA N.V- Casinos ( Legzo, Sol, Fresh, Starda )  einen recht coolen Bonus. Musst allerdings schon ein paar Runden dort gedreht haben, um den Status zu erreichen.

As usual, platinum is included for the aforementioned 10€, but unfortunately I'm distancing myself from platinum due to recent developments. Which is sad because it was one of my favorite casinos.

As far as I know, Lapalingo and Löwenplay always give a bonus in the amount of the age you reach, although the sales requirements were not without as far as I remember.

I'm currently represented in many "Dama" casinos, which often have a reference to a birthday bonus. But I haven't yet celebrated one where I was actively there.
