Schönen guten Abend . Ich habe mal eine Frage. Ist es einen von euch schon mal passiert , das ihr einen Freispielbonus umgesetzt habt und mitten im Spiel ,das Guthaben einfach auf null Gesetz worden ist ? Also ich hatte diese Situation am Dienstag . Nach dem ich über 4 Stunden bei wetten.com gespielt habe .

C.a 75€ waren noch drauf.Habe natürlich direkt den support ein ticket hinterlassen , da es schon nach 22.00 Uhr war. Am nächsten Tag mich beim live chat dazu geäußert . Als Antwort bekam ich das sie sich das nicht erklären können und sie das an die Technik Abteilung weitergibt . Jeden Tag melde ich mich dort und Frage ob das Problem jetzt mal langsam gelöst ist. Als Antwort bekomme ich jedes mal , das sowas dauern kann und das sie noch auf eine Antwort von der Technik Abteilung warten . Hat jemand vieleicht ein tip wie ich weiter vorgehen sollte ?  Das wäre sehr nett . Wünsche allen noch ein schönen Abend

There was still around €75 left on it. Of course I left a ticket directly with support because it was already after 10 p.m. The next day I commented on this during the live chat. The answer I got was that they couldn't explain it and they were passing it on to the technology department. I report there every day and ask whether the problem has slowly been solved. The answer I always get is that something like this can take a while and that they are still waiting for a response from the technology department. Does anyone have a tip on how I should proceed? Mir ist heute das selbe passiert, aber bei Vera und John, ich habe im Shop Freispiele gekauft, für wicked circus, habe diese gespielt und hatte auch eine Bonusrunde dabei, habe also einige Münzen gewonnen. Nach Beendigung der Freispiele war der Gewinn verschwunden und Kontostand auf null. Im Livechat sagte mir der Agent, dass ich ja heute noch garnicht gespielt habe und ich soll einen screenshot von meinen Transaktionen machen. Auch dort stand alles auf null. Das einzige was er bestätigen konnte, war dass ich Freispiele gekauft hatte und die nicht mehr da waren. Er hat es nun an die Technikabteilung weiter gegeben und immer dazu im Chat geschrieben: alles sehr komisch! na mal sehen was nun dabei raus kommt

ich empfehle euch immer nen screen recorder laufen zu lassen, während ihr online um Geld am spielen seit.

hab auch schon davon profitiert, dass ich meine sessions aufzeichne. habe beim live roulette meine zahl getroffen, kurz  nach dem setzen ist die software zusammengebrochen, alles zufällig...
