Dinheiro bônus

Hallo,

op Slotty Vegas had ik 50,- gestort, door het bonus geld werd dat 100,-.

ik won met het bonus geld 4000,-

ik wou het uitbetalen toen kreeg ik te horen dat ik op 5,- max per spin mocht inzetten ( slots kast) ik speelde echter op 6,- per spin ik had dit ook niet gezien.

maar door de bonus heen ging mijn geld van bonus money naar real money ( omdat ik mijn bonus geld zovaak had rondgespeeld)

ik vind het dus raar, dat ik mijn geld van bonus money naar real money zag gaan. Ook al wisten ze dat ik op eem hogere bet (1,- hoger dan de max bet) speelde. 

maar als nog zette ze mijn bonus money om naar real money.

heb ik een poot om op te staan?

heeft iemand dit wel eens meegemaakt die mij kan helpen?

I wanted to pay it out when I was told that I could bet at a maximum of 5.00 per spin (slot machine), but I played at 6.00 per spin and I had not seen this either.

So I find it strange that I saw my money go from bonus money to real money. Even though they knew I was playing on a higher bet (1.00 higher than the max bet).

Los van de grootte van je inzet wordt het bonusgeld altijd in stappen omgezet naar echt geld. Helaas heb je de bonusregels overtreden en staan ze volledig in hun recht om je winsten niet uit te betalen. Je zou aan de klantenservice kunnen vragen of ze het door de vingers willen zien of dat ze je misschien nog een kans willen geven (door de winsten die je met de hogere inzet hebt behaald van je speelsaldo af te trekken bijvoorbeeld), maar dat had je dan eigenlijk direct moeten doen zodra je doorhad dat je €6 i.p.v. €5 inzette. 

Even een e-mail sturen dus of via live chat. Veel succes, laat het ons weten!

Unfortunately, you have broken the bonus rules and they are completely within their rights not to pay out your winnings. You could ask customer service if they would condone it or if they might give you another chance (by deducting the winnings you made with the higher bet from your playing balance, for example), but you had you actually had to do it immediately as soon as you realized that you were betting €6 instead of €5.

Volgens mij hanteerd slotty vegas ook een max withdrawal dus je had sowieso niet alles kunnen laten  uitbetalen

I think Slotty Vegas also has a max withdrawal, so you wouldn't have been able to cash out everything anyway

Ja, het is zo belangrijk om altijd goed de regels en bonusvoorwaarden te lezen, zodat je precies weet waar je aan toe bent. En bewust spelen zodat je niet per ongeluk meer inzet dan is toegestaan. Maar stortingsbonussen met een maximum cashout vind ik zeer nadelig, als dat inderdaad zo is bij dit casino. Dat vind ik alleen normaal als je een gratis bonus krijgt (zonder storting).

Denk dat Daan van schrik maar gewoon nooit meer heeft ingelogd ergens ;)

En wat betreft uitbetalingen; dit casino zou inderdaad volledig in zijn recht staan niks te geven ... Maar of dat nu heel klantvriendelijk is?! .... Aan de andere kant ... Is het volgens mij bij bijna alle casino's zo dat als je met bonusgeld speelt je max 5 mag inzetten ... 

Ah well ... Had graag willen weten hoe dit verder was afgelopen!
