Tot op heden heeft de Nederlandse Kansspelautoriteit een gedoogbeleid gehanteerd met strikte voorwaarden voor online casino’s om vervolging te voorkomen (gedoogbeleid). Helaas is er afgelopen zaterdag besloten om deze voorwaarden dusdanig aan te passen dat onze diensten aanbieden op de Nederlandse markt onmogelijk is gemaakt. Klopt dit allemaal wel? Ik las het allemaal vanuit een fanclub site. Ben erg benieuwd of dit allemaal doorgaat komen in de toekomst. :)

Het is mij helaaas ook nog niet allemaal duidelijk Jackie. Ik weet dat Belgische goksites (de gokmarkt is daar al gelegaliseerd) een ID- of paspoortnummer verlangen van spelers tijdens de registratie. Het heeft er mee te maken dat spelers die online gokken (beter) beschermd worden, dus dat er (onder meer) limieten komen aan het storten. Maar veel betrouwbare casino's bieden spelers al de optie om zelf limieten te stellen (dus hoeveel ze in een bepaald tijdsvak kunnen storten) en spelers kunnen zichzelf ook al uitsluiten van het casino, d.w.z. gedurende een langere periode of voor altijd hun account laten blokkeren.

Die 3 seconden-eis voor (alle?) online casinospellen is voor mij ook nieuw, maar hoe sneller de uitkomst volgt op een inzet, hoe verslavender het spel is. Loterijen worden door Jellinek dan ook niet gezien als een vorm van gokken, maar weer wel door de Staat, je hebt ook immers daar kansspelbelasting op (afhankelijk van de hoogte van het bedrag dat wordt gewonnen en als je online lotto speelt weer niet, ook weer een verhaal op zich).

Als spelers hun BSN-nummer opgeven bij registratie kan via het programma CRUKS (Centraal Register Uitsluiting Kansspelen) worden bekeken of iemand verslaafd is of om een andere reden niet mag spelen. Dus meer controle over wie er spelen bij een online casino en een middel om kwetsbare spelers te beschermen.

Maar zolang de nieuwe wet er nog niet door is en niet duidelijk is hoe het allemaal in de praktijk wordt toegepast, moeten we afwachten...

ik heb 2 weken terug een account aangemaakt bij kingbilly.com vanuit nederland  geverifieerd en gestort en ook uitbetaald hoe kan dat dan als ze geen nederlanders accepteren...ik moet wel zeggen dat als naar www.kingbillycasino.com ga ik geblocked word maar www.kingbilly.com is geen probleem...hebben ze het casino gesplitst ofzo?

Het casino is niet opgesplitst, maar het heeft twee licenties - een uit Malta en een uit Curacao. Alleen vanuit die laatste licentie worden spelers uit Nederland geaccepteerd.
