4. Perks like this keep the player engaged and willing to be loyal to the platforms instead of going elsewhere to play on another platform (deterred from depositing a certain amount on SL Entertainment sites).
6. This incentive made all SL Entertainment sites stand out among the rest.
That is just to name a few. While it may bother some players more than others due to obvious reasons, I am sure it will be missed and affect everyone that plays on SL Entertainment sites. I am just a bit surprised by the nature of his sudden action.
While players were definitely disappointed by this, we now have an informed decision on promotions that may change at any given time. As players that deposit every week large amounts day after day, we sometimes look forward to this incentive as a token of appreciation and reward for just being loyal to your site.
Thanks for your understanding and consideration of the impact this may have on the player and their relationships with one another.

This is Jack. Thanks for your honest and straightforward feedback on a recent change in one of the terms for the LCB cashback bonus promo.
Personally, I totally understand that this change may have disgruntled some players like you, who on occasions are able to make a cashout and now would receive somewhat lower cashback bonus as a result of this change.
Trust me, we did (and are constantly striving to do) the best we can to continue bringing you the mildest terms possible to accompany this promo, while terms-wise I believe this was the only change for the worse we ever introduced during those past long 12+ years that we had this promo going.
Also, it'd be very difficult if not impossible to weigh in everyone's opinions on what change would still be considered healthy and which one not any more. In the end we simply chose to keep the wagers super-mild, esp for our beloved VIP's -- a group that you also happen to be a proud member of -- at a cost of calculating the cashback amount based on the net loss instead of gross deposits, which we find as still an okay compromise.
Again, sincere apologies for not always being able to bring good news, still hoping the benefits of this promo in general would prevail, giving you some extra reasons to keep coming back to play at our brands, as well as to continue visiting LCB, courtesy of which this promo was originally launched.
Last but not least, to offer at least some sort of a compensation, we'll be soon throwing a cool promo-within-a-promo, and offer all our players visiting this LCB forum thread frequently a chance to earn some juicy extras. Watch this space!!
