Fechando sua conta de jogo

Ieri ho fatto esplicita richiesta di chiusura dei conti gioco su Starvegas e Starcasino e sono stato accontentato :)

Qualora dovessi "ripensarci" per Starvegas dovrei inviare una email scritta e potrei registrami di nuovo dopo 30 giorni mentre per quanto riguarda Starcasino bastano 15 giorni dalla chiusura del conto. 

Di sicuro ne chiuderò altri tipo il Titanbet...

Alla fine non mi interessa più tenere attivi dei conti sui quali forse un giorno vincerò qualcosa, almeno per me è meglio darci un taglio netto. Forse in seguito mi registrerò di nuovo...forse però :)

Yesterday I made an explicit request to close my gaming accounts on Starvegas and Starcasino and I was satisfied :)

If I had to "change my mind" for Starvegas I would have to send a written email and I could register again after 30 days while for Starcasino 15 days are enough from closing the account.

For sure I will close other ones like Titanbet...

In the end I'm no longer interested in keeping active accounts where maybe one day I'll win something, at least for me it's better to give it a clean break. Maybe I'll sign up again later...maybe though :)

Mentre ce ne sono altri tra cui vogliadivincere, casinoplex, titanbet e netbet che sto pensando di chiudere.

I recently reopened it on Starcasino because I had no particular reasons that pushed me to move away from it other than the absence of interesting promos.

On Starvegas you know the story... and I hope that other friends decide in the same direction.

At Starcasino, remember that if you want to reopen your account, you will be asked to use a different email address than the one you used previously.

I also closed on 32red, Goldbet and bet365... I would like to reopen the latter.

While there are others including siadivincere, casinoplex, titanbet and netbet that I'm thinking of closing.

Now I almost always play on the same ones: PokerStars, William Hill, planetwin365, Stanleybet, Eurobet and Betflag...a little less on Bwin, Snai, betclic and Sisal.

What are your favorites and the ones you use the least lately?

Scusa ma non sono abituato a fare gli auguri, vado controcorrente...ma li ricambio volentieri quando me li fanno. ☺

Tranne che per Starvegas gli altri conti li ho chiusi per mancanza di promozioni. Gran parte dei casinò o siti di gioco spesso si fossilizzato e non sono in grado di proporre offerte interessanti, cashrace, tornei o una qualsiasi iniziativa divertente. Molti offrono un welcome bonus interessante pensando forse che basti quello per trattenere un giocatore.

Except for Starvegas, I closed the other accounts due to lack of promotions. Most casinos or gaming sites often become fossilized and are unable to offer interesting offers, cash races, tournaments or any fun initiative. Many offer an interesting welcome bonus, perhaps thinking that this is enough to keep a player.

Per quanto riguarda la chiusura dei conti. Su Starvegas l'ho chiuso esclusivamente perché non ricevo mai promozioni mentre su Starcasinò oltre a non ricevere mai un bonus gratuito o free spins, il calendario l'ho trovato del tutto inutile. In più le promozioni sul deposito sono spesso e volentieri del 25% e molto ma molto raramente del 50 e 100%. Tra l'altro si aggiunge il fatto che con i bonus ricevuti e ai quali ho quasi sempre partecipato non sono più riuscito a completare il playtrough poi le ultime volte che ho giocato alle slots ho beccato si i free spins e parlo di Dead or Alive ma non è possibile che pur giocando per qualche oretta la vincita durante i free spins sia stata quasi sempre al di sotto di 1 euro. Cioè è meglio che non me li date proprio...così mi sento preso in giro ma ora basta. Alzando il bet e non solo su questa slot è andata ancora peggio. Non si tratta di vincere a tutti i costi ma sinceramente questa cosa va avanti da diverso tempo. Difatti quella volta che vinci qualcosa e non parlo di cifre esorbitanti ma di circa 30 euro poi se continuo a giocare o cambio slot il saldo non sale mai.

I supporti dei due casinò mi hanno chiesto i motivi ma gli ho detto semplicemente che li volevo chiudere e da normativa Aams sono tenuti a farlo punto :)

Per quanto riguarda gli altri casinò gioco spesso ultimamente su Pokerstars e William Hill ma soprattutto sul primo, per gli altri si vedrà ma per il momento li ignoro proprio per via di promo inesistenti o poco interessanti.

A parte questo su 32red sta andando sempre peggio soprattutto con i bonus sul deposito che sono a volte anche del 100 % quindi al massimo proverò con la prossima promozione e se non va chiudo anche questo conto.

On Starvegas I closed it exclusively because I never receive promotions while on Starcasino, in addition to never receiving a free bonus or free spins, I found the calendar completely useless. Ho deciso di iscrivermi nuovamente soprattutto per la bellezza del sito e per la presenza di alcuni giochi della netent come DeadorAlive e CosmicFortune.

In particolare per quest'ultimo che è praticamente sparito su altri casinò aams dove gioco abitualmente.

E quello che dice leistat28 sulla difficoltà di raggiungere il playthrough sui bonus trova effettivo riscontro nei requisiti di scommessa che sono passati dai 25x si 35x.

Che io sappia si tratta di bonus dal 50% al 100% e quindi i margini per poter convertire il funbonus in real bonus è ridotto.

Sulle vincite durante i freespin nelle slot della netent avevamo discusso già precedentemente in qualche altro thread...ma non so se è più una sensazione che una realtà.

Le sensazioni e le considerazioni che ognuno di noi matura dovrebbero essere accompagnate da dati statistici...come si fa quando si gioca a pokeronline.

Non credo esista un sofware che raccolga l'esito di ogni singolo spin e organizzi i dati storici....e anche se fosse delle slot viene dichiarato il payout ma non il numero di cicli in cui si deve manifestare tale percentuale.

...temo che a breve torneremo a parlare di questo argomento...magari l'anno prossimo! :D

I decided to sign up again especially for the beauty of the site and the presence of some netent games such as DeadorAlive and CosmicFortune.

In particular for the latter which has practically disappeared on other AAMS casinos where I usually play.

And what leistat28 says about the difficulty of achieving playthrough on bonuses is effectively reflected in the wagering requirements which have gone from 25x to 35x.

As far as I know, these are bonuses from 50% to 100% and therefore the margins for converting the funbonus into a real bonus are reduced.

We had already previously discussed winnings during freespins in Netent slots in some other thread... but I don't know if it's more of a sensation than a reality.

The sensations and considerations that each of us develops should be accompanied by statistical data...as is done when playing poker online.

I don't think there is software that collects the outcome of every single spin and organizes the historical data....and even if it were slots, the payout is declared but not the number of cycles in which this percentage must occur.

...I fear that we will soon be talking about this topic again...maybe next year! :D

Ho appena richiesto la chiusura del conto anche se a malincuore su Eurobet.

Qualche giorno fa ho ricevuto una email per una promo sport del 50 % in real fino ad un massimo di 20 euro depositandone 40. Nulla da dire sulla promo molto interessante però mi sono davvero stufato di non poter utilizzare più paypal e ora anche la carta mastercard. La cosa che più mi fa arrabbiare è che non mi hanno mai spiegato i motivi per cui queste modalità di pagamento non le posso usare su Eurobet quanto in realtà su altri siti Aams deposito e prelevo senza problemi. Ho chiesto di nuovo in chat perché non posso depositare con questi metodi e mi hanno risposto ancora una volta di depositare con altri tipo paysafecard e skrill. Non trovo giusto che il giocatore debba sottostare alle loro assurde regole soprattutto se vedi che sul sito paypal e mastercard ci sono. Mi sono chiesto il perché ci siano queste modalità che tra l'altro sono quelle che più utilizzo ma non ho saputo darmi una risposta. L'unica risposta certa è che se vogliono avermi ancora come cliente devo venirmi incontro e non viceversa perché in precedenza ho caricato anche con altre modalità a me poco congeniali ma ora basta ne ho abbastanza delle loro risposte ambigue e del loro modo di fare a dir poco razionale. Per questi motivi ho chiesto la chiusura del conto se non posso utilizzare almeno paypal. Dubito mi daranno una spiegazione esauriente ma a me la loro politica sui depositi non sta più bene.

Di sicuro a breve chiuderò di nuovo il conto su Starcasinò perché la musica non cambia mentre devo dire che su Starvegas ho aperto poco tempo di nuovo il conto e ho anche prelevato senza problemi. I have just requested the closure of my account, albeit reluctantly, on Eurobet .

Ultimamente su molti siti aams sta cambiando la politica sui depositi/prelievi tanto che, ad esempio, la ricarica con paysafecard in alcuni non viene nemmeno più accettata.

Eurobet è rimasto uno dei pochi che periodicamente, per far riavvicinare i clienti, propone buone offerte sul deposito e quindi ci penserei molto prima di chiudere il conto.

Se però sei rimasto deluso delle loro risposte e ritieni che i metodi di deposito/prelievo non siano abbastanza differenziati allora capisco la tua reazione.

Di recente ho avuto anche qualche problemino su Pokerstars...cosa mai capitata prima.

Ci sono alcuni siti che cerco di tenere stretti anche se di tanto in tanto può venir fuori qualcosa di fastidioso.

Lately, the policy on deposits/withdrawals has been changing on many AAMS sites, so much so that, for example, top-ups with Paysafecard are no longer even accepted in some.

Eurobet remains one of the few that periodically, to bring customers closer together, offers good deposit offers and therefore I would think long and hard before closing the account.

However, if you were disappointed with their answers and believe that the deposit/withdrawal methods are not differentiated enough then I understand your reaction.

Ho deciso di far chiudere il conto proprio perché ho quasi sempre più disponibilità su Paypal mentre sulla postepay ho soldi soltanto quando prelevo. Skrill lo utilizzo pochissimo invece sulla carta mastercard posso depositare senza pagare commissioni ma su Eurobet a differenza di altri siti se deposito con questa carta ed inserisco il securcode della chiavetta poi la transazione viene rifiuata pur essendoci i soldi sul conto. La transazione viene rifiutata ovviamente anche con Paypal ed è da quasi un anno che non risolvono nonostante lo abbia fatto presente miriadi di volte sia per email sia in chat quindi essendosene altamente infischiati di darmi una risposta su queste problematiche gli ho inviato una email per farmi chiudere il conto. Fino ad ora ancora nessuna risposta dopo diverse ore che li ho contattati quindi figuratevi quale possa essere il loro grado di serietà. A questo punto facciano come vogliono...sinceramente non mi interessa proprio né di loro né delle promozioni.

Ultimamente utilizzo Betflag, Sportpesa e direi quasi tutti o per le promo gratuite tipo Bwin e Gioco Digitale o per le promo sul deposito tranne quelle proibitive e con requisiti assurdi.

I decided to close the account because I almost always have more availability on Paypal while on Postepay I only have money when I withdraw. I use Skrill very little, however on the Mastercard I can deposit without paying commissions but on Eurobet, unlike other sites, if I deposit with this card and enter the securcode of the key then the transaction is rejected even though there is money in the account. The transaction is obviously also rejected with Paypal and they haven't resolved it for almost a year despite having pointed it out myriads of times both by email and in chat so since they didn't really care about giving me an answer on these problems I sent them an email to get me to close them the bill. Up to now still no response after several hours of contacting them so imagine what their level of seriousness could be. At this point they can do as they want... I honestly don't care about them or the promotions.

Lately I've been using Betflag, Sportpesa and I would say almost all of them either for the free promos like Bwin and Gioco Digitale or for the deposit promos except the prohibitive ones and with absurd requirements.
