Ich verstehe genau was du meinst und kenne diese position aus anderen casinos nur zu gut.
Natürlich muss man einen zahlenden kunden ja wenn es so sehen will nicht mehr locken der zahlt ja eh schon......
generell kann ich dir da nur eins nahe legen, auf keinen fall schweigen. gute casinos nehmen ernst gemeintes feedback sehr erst vllt bekommt beim ersten mal nicht unbedingt die größte aufmerksamkeit, wenn man aber weiterhin trotzdem noch in diesem casino einzahlt und trotzdem weiter spielt, dann auf jeden fall im monat säter nochmal ein feedback in dem du deine position genau beschreibst und du dir als kunde wirklich unsichtbar vorkommst solange du zahlst bekommst du keine reaktion dann sei auch hartnäckig und schreib dem support das (aber wirklich nur wenn es sich um realistische ereignisse bzw fakten handelt.) natürlich schreiben viele einfach nur ey was soll das das ich nichts bekomme obwohl ich einzahle...... halt dieses direkte beschweren an sich ist da alles andere was ich damit meine, sondern lediglich ein wirklich nüchternes sachliches sowie höffliches feedback gerne auch erwähnen das du jetzt seid so und so lange aktiv einzahlst und du immer wieder endtäuscht feststellen musst wenn andere user die seid jahren nicht eingezahlt haben mind, 1 mal im monat auf lcb posten schon wieder gratis spins bekommen zu haben und einzahlende treue kunden auf gut deutsch scheinbar was falsch machen, dann wäre es doch wohl sinnvoller auch zu einem der nicht einzahlenden kunden zu werden.... immerhin geht für die ja fast jeden monat der free spin bonus ohne einzahlunng via email ein.
