das hatte ich noch nie zuvor gehabt so eine auszahlungsbeschränkung unter 1k 

lese die bonusbedingungen immer aber doch nicht die komplette agb dazu....

und 8 tage brauchen um ein schlupfloch zu schreiben in der agb finde ich am aller besten

And I think it's best to take 8 days to write a loophole in the terms and conditions

das ist sehr ärgerlich. Ich habe die Bonusbedingungen unter https://www.sloty.com/de/termsandconditions/generalbonus geprüft und dort steht tatsächlich unter Punkt 10: "10. Der maximale Auszahlungsbetrag von Freispielen ist 100 €."

Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir immer, insbesondere, wenn man mit Bonusgeld spielt, alle AGB inkl. der Bonusbedinungen genau durchzulesen, damit es keine bösen Überraschungen kommt. Leider kann jedes Casino diese Regeln individuell festlegen und wenn man den Bedingungen zustimmt, ohne sie gelesen zu haben, hat man auch im Nachhinein keine Chance... 

Aus deiner Aussage "lese die bonusbedingungen immer aber doch nicht die komplette agb dazu.... und 8 tage brauchen um ein schlupfloch zu schreiben in der agb finde ich am aller besten" lese ich, dass es diesen Absatz noch nicht gab, als du mit dem Spielen begonnen hast. Andererseits sagst du, dass du die Bedingungen nicht gelesen hast. Kannst du das noch einmal erklären? Ist es wirklich so, dass Absatz innerhalb der letzten 8 Tage nachdem du den Bonus erhalten hast hinzugefügt worden?

this is very annoying. I checked the bonus conditions at https://www.sloty.com/de/termsandconditions/generalbonus and there it actually says under point 10: "10. The maximum withdrawal amount for free spins is €100."

Basically, we always recommend, especially when playing with bonus money, to read all the terms and conditions including the bonus conditions carefully so that there are no unpleasant surprises. Unfortunately, each casino can set these rules individually and if you agree to the terms and conditions without reading them, you have no chance even afterwards...

From your statement "always read the bonus conditions but not the complete terms and conditions.... and I think it's best to take 8 days to write a loophole in the terms and conditions" I read that this paragraph didn't exist when you did started playing. On the other hand, you say that you haven't read the terms and conditions. Can you explain that again? Is it really the case that paragraph was added within the last 8 days after you received the bonus?

bin fest überzeugt das die agb geändert wurde aus fehlern lernt man und lese jetzt mit mehr bedacht speichere die agb zum zeitpunkt der auszahlung .......

die gruppe bekommt keinen cent mehr von mir hatte schon 1 monat zuvor probleme im genesis casino bei der auszahlung läuft bei denen wohl nicht so gut  

erst kam das ich zu hohen einsatz für den bonus gespielt habe max war 5 € aber das hatte ich dann 5 tage später doch nicht und es gab 1240 € 6 tage später macht 2 wochen 

ersteinzahlungsbonus bei beiden auszahlungen gewesen grins bin also 1320 im plus bei den jungs 

punkt 10 gab es bei der auszahlung noch nicht .......

war 16 tage vor dem gewinn bei sloty und ich habe keiner agb änderung zugestimmt glaube ich und es war der identische bonus

Dass die AGB geändert werden, ohne dass die Spieler darüber informiert werden, verstößt allerdings gegen die Lizenzbestimmungen. Da dieses Casino in Malta lizenziert ist, sind dieses Bestimmungen eigentlich besonders streng.

Ich habe deinen Vorwurf gegen das Casino aufgenommen und werde ihn weiterleiten, sodass dein Fall genau untersucht wird. Dazu werden wir mit sloty Kontakt aufnehmen und sie bitten, deinen Fall genau zu prüfen und sich zu deinen Vorwürfen zu äußern. Aus deinem Post entnehme ich aber, dass du leider keine Belege dafür hast (Screenshots, Downloads, etc.?) die diese Veränderungen belegen, oder?

leider keine bilder gemacht jetzt bin ich schlauer vielen dank für die hilfe man lernt halt nur aus fehlern die man selber macht
