Here's the response we have received from the casino rep:
We can confirm that the player’s withdrawal was pending due to outstanding verification documents, which were submitted earlier this morning.
Once the documents were received, our Finance Department promptly reviewed and approved them, after which the players’ winnings were processed.
The funds should already reflect in the player’s account; however, they will be received no later than the end of the business day today.
Could you please confirm this?

Podemos confirmar que o levantamento do jogador estava pendente devido à falta de documentos de verificação, que foram enviados no início desta manhã.
Assim que os documentos foram recebidos, o nosso Departamento Financeiro analisou-os e aprovou-os prontamente, após o que os ganhos dos jogadores foram processados.
Os fundos já devem estar refletidos na conta do jogador; no entanto, serão recebidos até ao final do expediente de hoje.
