I have been playing with Intertops Classic and Red for years and they have always been very honest. I just cashed out $200.00 on a free chip about a week ago. I was not sure whether mine could be cashed out but I had a check within a week. Unlike many of the online casinos, Intertops has gone out of their way to be fair to their players. I'm sorry that happened to you, but maybe draft a letter to management about it? They may not be able to help you with that specific promotion, but maybe they can give you a new chip or something to encourage customer loyalty. it doesn't hurt to ask.
