Why cant Luckland payout my winnings?
It is 16 days since i send in verifying documents and verify was done wednesday 5/10 i think and i requested my whithdraw to skrill.
On Monday morning i asked in the chatt about my whithdraw and they said i have to verify by phone.(When should luckland notify me about that?)
After they called me i asked again in the chatt about my whithdraw and they says tomorrow and the same on thuesday, and next day they say: later today and so on but nothing happens and there are we now.
Why cant they payout my winnings isnt skrill instant ???. I made my deposit with Skrill :)

Por que a Luckland não pode pagar meus ganhos?
Já se passaram 16 dias desde que enviei os documentos de verificação e a verificação foi feita na quarta-feira, 5/10, eu acho, e solicitei meu whithdraw para o Skrill.
Na segunda-feira de manhã, perguntei no chat sobre meu saque e eles disseram que eu tinha que verificar por telefone. (Quando Luckland deve me notificar sobre isso?)
Depois que me ligaram, perguntei novamente no chat sobre meu saque e eles disseram amanhã e a mesma coisa na quinta, e no dia seguinte eles disseram: mais tarde hoje e assim por diante, mas nada acontece e agora estamos lá.
Por que eles não podem pagar meus ganhos? O Skrill não é instantâneo? Fiz meu depósito com o Skrill :)
