I made a deposit and won a substantial amount and played through the entire bonus and requested a withdrawal of the maximum cash out limit and the casino support staff assisted me and was there for me throughout the entire process of deposit, playthrough, and withdrawal request. After the withdrawal requests were made the casino staff started to verify that payments would be made but the payments were never made and the casino staff started to ignore me on a daily basis while I tried to check in with them. There is also no response to the casinos e-mail. I am afraid that I may be the victim of fraud but have not confirmed this yet. The casino is 100% non-responsive at this time. If anything changes as as result of my complaint I will edit the description of the dispute and update it accordingly. Please note I did submit the requested KYC information but their verification of it never has come through after nearly a month has passed and multiple attempts at receiving help from customer service have failed. My KYC has never been denied at any casino.
