I signed up and made my first deposit at Mega.bet on the 21st April. I deposited about €200 worth of BTC and was given a bonus with my deposit. After some betting I was able to clear the bonus and my balance was now at 0.0264994 BTC. I decided to cash out. This is when the problems began. When I clicked cash out a message was generated in the casino saying something like "you will be paid your cash out in the next few minutes". I thought wow so quick. Over a week had passed and nothing had been paid. I know that sometimes casinos want to check my details or my ID. But in this case they never sent me any email or notification asking for anything. They just ignored me. So I sent an email asking for an update. I received a Google notification saying that the email did not exist. The email that does not exist is the same that Mega.bet lists on their support page. When I noticed that emailing would not be possible I tried to log into my account. It is now blocked (was working a day or two ago but blocked now). I have been left in the dark. There is no communication. They have not asked me for anything and have ignored me completely following my cash out. I am hoping that this is some kind of misunderstanding or technical problem that can be resolved. Since communication is not possible especially now that my account is locked I feel that this is the only way I can perhaps reach them.
