Hi i played on power casino for some time and felt safe as i could withdraw myself manually but then i won over 1k and realized they had a daily limit of 1k. So i proceeded to cashout 1k and the rest aside waiting for "manual approval". Appears they decided 1k is all they would pay. The other funds are locked in my account "pending". They won't cancel the cashout so i be able to manual withdraw as days have passed and the max 1k doesn't apply anymore but no. They refuse to reverse it, they refuse to pay it and they bring new lies everytime i talk to chat
The limit was reached just now when after 2 days asking them why i am not being paid i was not asking to wait another 24h anymore nope! I need to wait 14 days now because apparently when someone win more than 1k on their casino the entire industry/providers and what not need to manually review my entire play for the extra hundreds. At that point it was now clear they were just not paying, such lie is beyond hilarious when you been playing for years. I tried to say something and the support told me to "please not express yourself" ... they fraud me, lie to me... give hilarious bullshit lies to delay and then tell me to please shut up on top of it! Power casino wants you to deposit hundreds+ but you can't win more than 1k. If you do.. eveyrthing is seized and locked forever. They should state in terms that we can only get paid 1k no matter what we deposit or play... that would turn back probably everyone lol.
