Withdrawal, KYC & Customer Support
Upon accessing the cashier the tester made a withdrawal request of USD 340 in Bitcoin on May 25, 2025.
Three days went by without the request getting processed, so the tester turned to live chat. He was asked to submit his Bitcoin wallet address and promised to have the request processed in 24 hours.
The agent also asked him to verify his identity by providing a photo identity proof and a utility bill in response to the mail he had received in the meantime. The agent confirmed that the casino received the required documents.
Two more days went by without any progress regarding the status of the request, so the tester once again reached out to the live chat support sector. This time, he was offered a 200% reversal bonus with an unlimited cashout.
Not interested in claiming this offer, he decided to continue waiting. He was once again asked to provide his BTC wallet address, but on a phone number posted in the chat. The tester insisted on having already submitted it, after which the live chat agent went silent.
A day later, the tester decided to post a complaint on LCB and seek further help with his delayed withdrawal request.
