Problemas com o Metalcasino

Ich habe mich bei Metalcasino angemeldet , und einbezahlt hatte zwar den 100% bonus bekommen aber von den 3 Superspins bekam ich nur einen 

Als ich 3000 Metcoins im shop eintauschte für 20 Freispiele mit einen stake von 0,30 cent bei fruit shop christmas ging der Ärger los , es war nicht ein stake von 0,30 sondern nur 0,15 . Am ende der 20 Freispiele hatte ich 580 coins und dann auch nur 5,80€ also waren es nicht 0,30 cent pro Freispiel , habe auch bilder die ich poste .

Darauf hin habe ich den Support angeschrieben und denen mitgeteilt das ich meine weiteren 5,80€ haben will aus den freispielen , die sie mir nicht gaben , statt dessen gaben sie mir wieder 20 freispiele mit einen Einsatz von 0,30 cent wo der einstaz wieder nur 0,15 waren ,auch waren es keine 20 freispiele sondern nur 15 freispiele 

Also lasst die Finger weg von Metalcasino , man wird betrogen von denen 

bin sehr verärgert darüber auch weil es zu keiner korrekter Einigung kam hier noch die Bilder

At the end of the 20 free spins I had 580 coins and then only €5.80 so it wasn't 0.30 cents per free spin, I also have pictures that I'll post.

I then wrote to support and told them that I wanted my additional €5.80 from the free spins that they didn't give me. Instead they gave me 20 free spins with a stake of 0.30 cents where the original rate was again It was only 0.15, and there weren't 20 free spins but only 15 free spins

So stay away from Metalcasino, you will be cheated by them

I'm very upset about it because there was no correct agreement here nor the pictures

danke für deine Erfahrung mit dem Casino. Ich denke, dass es zu solchen Fehlern kommt, kann immer mal vorkommen. In diesem Fall ist es aber natürlich besonders ärgerlich, dass auch die vermeintliche Lösung des Problems wieder fehlerhaft war. Insbesondere verwunderlich, weil das Casino bislang über vergleichsweise gute Bewertungen verfügt.

thank you for your experience with the casino. I think errors like this can happen at any time. In this case, it is of course particularly annoying that the supposed solution to the problem was also incorrect.
