So the other day I had my balance pretty high and decided to try a new betsoft game. I started to spin at 2 and was getting killed so being the degenerate that I am I went up to 5 a spin. Long story short I lost maybe 500 then cut my losses. I think I won even money on maybe 5-6 spins in total. It was a complete blood bath.
The next day I get a email from the casino and they said the game malfunctioned and they credited my account with $46 which I was owed from a couple spins that payed out incorrectly. Mind you I never went to them and complained so it was odd that they would take the initiative here.
That being said, how come I wish they didn't even notify me of this happening? There have been plenty of times I got absolutely killed on slots and suspected something was wrong but never said anything nor was I notified such event had occurred.
Not to sound like a scumbag but if I was working at the casino and this happened, I wouldn't tell the customer unless they actually complained. So im sure they take that position as well most the time.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
