ja, so ist es. So wirklich offiziell wurde das nicht bekannt gegeben, da es ja im Prinzip bedeuten würde, dass man eingesteht, vorher auf einem rechtlich nicht einwandfreien Gebiet aktiv gewesen zu sein, aber direkte Zahlungen an Casinos sind mit Visa Karten aktuell aus Deutschland nicht mehr möglich (siehe auch hier).
Findige (und windige) Casinos aus Curacao haben aber natürlich schon Wege gefunden, wie man trotzdem weiterhin Visa nutzen kann, zum Beispiel, indem die Zahlungen nicht direkt von Visa an das Casino geleitet werden, sondern irgendwelche Zwischenhändler geschaltet werden, über die das Geld zunächst in Kryptowährungen getauscht und dann im Casino-Konto erscheint, oder irgendwelche russischen Finanzdienstleister diesen Schritt übernehmen. Das ist meist bei Casinos mit Lizenz aus Curacao der Fall und die Zahlungen werden dann in Rubel ausgewiesen oder so... Das muss dann jeder selbst entscheiden, ob man sich auf soetwas einlassen will oder doch lieber in EU-Casinos spielt, wo Visa eben keine Option ist.
Ändern wird sich das vermutlich erst im Sommer 2021, wenn Deutschland endlich eigene Lizenzen vergibt und das Spielen damit in diesen Casinos auch offiziell legal wird.

No entanto, cassinos engenhosos (e duvidosos) de Curaçao já encontraram maneiras de continuar usando Visa, por exemplo, não enviando pagamentos diretamente do Visa para o cassino, mas usando intermediários por meio dos quais o dinheiro é primeiro convertido em criptomoedas e depois aparece na conta do cassino, ou recorrendo a algum provedor de serviços financeiros russo para lidar com essa etapa. Isso geralmente acontece com cassinos licenciados em Curaçao, e os pagamentos são exibidos em rublos ou algo semelhante... Cada um precisa decidir por si mesmo se quer se envolver com algo assim ou se prefere jogar em cassinos da UE, onde o Visa simplesmente não é uma opção.

Yes it is. This wasn't really officially announced, as it would basically mean admitting that you had previously been active in a legally imperfect area, but direct payments to casinos are currently no longer possible with Visa cards from Germany (see here too ).
Of course, resourceful (and windy) casinos from Curacao have already found ways in which you can still use Visa, for example by not sending the payments directly from Visa to the casino, but by using some intermediaries through whom the money is initially sent exchanged for cryptocurrencies and then appears in the casino account, or any Russian financial service provider takes over this step. This is usually the case with casinos with a license from Curacao and the payments are then shown in rubles or something like that... Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they want to get involved in something like that or whether they would rather play in EU casinos where Visa is accepted is not an option.

Mitte des Jahres 2021 soll das Online Glücksspiel in Deutschland ENDLICH legalisiert werden. Und ich warte schon seit Jahren darauf))
Visa ist eine der beliebtesten Online-Zahlungsmethoden, die soll aber weiter funktionieren...Übrigens nutzte ich früher am meistens PayPal...
