Dit kan zijn via Live Chat of via Mail, of via telefoon.

Het zal nog een week duren voordat ik klaar ben met deze lijst. Voornamelijk door de laatste besluiten van de regering is het moeilijk om deze lijst samen te stellen, omdat er meer en meer sites zijn die hun Nederlandstalige sites en/of support vanwege rechtsgeving moeten stoppen.

FlorijnCasino op korte termijn tijdelijk in het Engels zijn

Op korte termijn zal de website van FlorijnCasino alleen in het Engels beschikbaar zijn.

De reden voor deze wijziging is dat FlorijnCasino wil voldoen aan de eisen die de Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) stelt om in aanmerking te komen voor een vergunning in Nederland. Tot de officiële invoering van het vergunningstelsel moet de site in de Engelse taal worden aangeboden.

Spelers kunnen nog gewoon in het Nederlands communiceren met de klantenservice maar de informatie op de website zelf zal dan alleen in het Engels beschikbaar zijn.

We begrijpen dat het voor spelers vervelend kan zijn dat de website niet meer beschikbaar is in het Nederlands. Echter zoals aangegeven zullen alle support vragen gewoon in het Nederlands behandeld worden. Dus in principe verandert er weinig voor jou als speler.

Vanzelfsprekend zal deze wijziging op geen enkele manier invloed hebben op de betrouwbaarheid van FlorijnCasino. Onze spellen worden periodiek getest door internationaal hoog aangeschreven onafhankelijke instanties. Dit gebeurt nu al en zal ook in de toekomst een vereiste worden, om een eerlijk spelverloop te garanderen.

Op deze manier voldoet FlorijnCasino aan alle eisen om in aanmerking te komen voor een Nederlandse vergunning en kunnen we onze spelers een hoogwaardig spelaanbod blijven bieden, nu en in de toekomst.

Het is natuurlijk het gemakkelijkst om in het Nederlands te communiceren met live-chat van Casino's. Dus als zo veel mogelijk casino's deze optie zouden hebben, zou dat fijn zijn

Ze zitten in Curacao en zijn Nederlands.

Ik weet dat ComeOn en CasinoEuro in het verleden ook Nederlandse chat ondersteuning hebben gehad maar ik weet niet zeker of dat nog steeds zo is.

Ik weet niet waarom maar ikzelf chat liever in het Engels met online casino's.
Ga er eigenlijk ook automatisch vanuit dat de chat in het Engels zal zijn en ben dan soms ook helemaal de draad kwijt als de chat ineens in het Nederlands is.

Er komen wel steeds meer casino met nederlandse ondersteuning. Maar het meest van de tijd als ik een ander of nieuw casino uitprobeer is de live chat engels talig. Nou is dit op zich geen probleem, want mij engells is goed.

Deze staan allemaal hier in een lijst van de legale casino's in Nederland. Die moeten allemaal verplicht Nederlandse helpdesk en klantenservice hebben van de Nederlandse overheid. Dit omdat ze dan goed kunnen communiceren en alles duidelijk moet zijn voor de consument.

Der er et par kasinoer med Hollandsk støtte, men det er ikke et problem, fordi alle af dem i det mindste kender engelsk

Heb jouw bericht maar even vertaald voor de lezers: "Er zijn een paar casino's met Nederlandse ondersteuning, maar dat is geen probleem omdat ze allemaal tenminste Engels kennen."

Dat laatste klopt, na de openstelling van de Nederlandse gokmarkt op 1 oktober 2021 hebben alle casino's met een Nederlandse kansspelvergunning een Nederlandse website en klantenservice, maar je kunt ook kiezen voor Engels. Gelukkig blijft het niet bij een paar casino's, er komen steeds meer bij.

Als je nog bezig bent met het toevoegen van leuke Nederlandstalige casino's dan kan ik je echt aanraden om 711 casino en toto toe te voegen. Beide casino's hebben goede bonussen en ook bij beide casino's heb ik flinke bedragen mogen ontvangen.

Het heeft voor en nadelen nederlandse ondersteuning over het algemeen red ik het wel met engels maar soms is in het nederlands toch fijner vandaar goed om te weten dat er een lijst hier van komt.
