I had to go to court the other day for speeding. While i there we were warned to have our cell phones off!! Feeling very confident i had my cell on vibrate i had no need to worry!
About 15 minutes after court starts........there is a blaring song that fills the courtroom!

I turned 7 shades of red as i slip my hand in my purse, feel my way around to shut it off quick!!! All the while trying desperately to play the part like the rest of the courtroom...in total disbelief that anyone would have there cell on.....how dare they!!
The court bailiff panned the crowd with a tin eye, while i am looking around too as if im wondering who is it!! Phewwwwww that was not a fun moment!!!
But nothing tops when i tried to escape the bar by putting a full margarita in my purse cuz i didn't want to waste it. After i got it all situated in my purse as to not spill it......i put my cell in my purse and plop landed right in the margarita!!
I guess i was a bit tipsy........he he he!!
Do you have any trials and tribulations to cell phone nitemares?

Fiquei com 7 tons de vermelho enquanto enfiava a mão na bolsa, tateando para desligá-la rápido!!! Enquanto tentava desesperadamente representar o papel como o resto do tribunal... em total descrença de que alguém estivesse com o celular ligado... como ousam!!
O oficial de justiça olhou para a multidão com um olhar de lata, enquanto eu também olhava ao redor como se estivesse me perguntando quem era!! Ufa, que momento desagradável!!!
Mas nada supera quando tentei escapar do bar colocando uma margarita inteira na bolsa para não desperdiçá-la. Depois de guardar tudo na bolsa para não derramar... coloquei meu celular na bolsa e o plop caiu bem na margarita!!
Acho que eu estava um pouco embriagado... he he he!!
Você tem alguma dificuldade com pesadelos envolvendo celulares?

I had just gotten a new cell phone, and I loved it.
The new one was replacing the previous one because I had dropped it right in the "drink" while I was fishing. I managed to retrive it, but it was not working. I tried to dry it out with a blowdryer, and actually melted the cover. So needless to say, this phone was history. I did not carry insurance on it.
So, back to the new phone. Had it one day. Went to the movies with my brother, and while using the restroom, I stood up, and the case slipped right off my belt and went right in the toilet. It fell in, at the EXACT moment I hit the flush button, and it was gooonnneeee. I stood there looking in disbelief at an empty toilet bowl. lol
I dont know how long I stood there staring blankly like that before I came to the realization my phone was gone for good.
It was back to the ATT dealer AGAIN, the next day. They couldnt believe when they saw me again so soon. When I told them the story of what happened, I know they wanted to laugh, but didnt for my sake. I felt like an idiot.
So, another new phone, and I was on my way. By the way, I got the insurance this time, as I was not having very good luck with phones. Thought it might be a godd idea this time. HAHA

O novo estava substituindo o anterior porque eu o deixei cair na "bebida" enquanto pescava. Consegui recuperá-lo, mas não estava funcionando. Tentei secá-lo com um secador de cabelo e acabei derretendo a capa. Então, nem preciso dizer que este telefone era história. Eu não tinha seguro para ele.
Então, voltando ao celular novo. Tive um dia. Fui ao cinema com meu irmão e, enquanto usava o banheiro, me levantei e a capinha escorregou do meu cinto e foi direto para o vaso sanitário. Ela caiu no EXATO momento em que apertei a descarga, e foi booooommm. Fiquei ali olhando incrédula para o vaso sanitário vazio. rsrs
Não sei quanto tempo fiquei ali parado, olhando fixamente para o nada, antes de perceber que meu telefone tinha sumido para sempre.
Voltei à concessionária da ATT DE NOVO, no dia seguinte. Eles não acreditaram quando me viram de novo tão cedo. Quando contei a história do ocorrido, sei que quiseram rir, mas não riram por minha causa. Me senti um idiota.
Então, mais um celular novo, e eu estava a caminho. Aliás, desta vez, contratei o seguro, pois não estava tendo muita sorte com celulares. Achei que seria uma boa ideia desta vez. HAHA

ROLFMAOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Oh i know i shouldn't laugh but the visual is just too funny! That had to be a hell of a commode to flush a cell phone.......lmaoo.
I too have dropped my in the toliet!! But i was lucky enough to grab it before it sunk! I let it dry out and it was good as new again!
When are they going to invent cells phone that can swim?

I'm surprized your allowed a cell phone at all....the only people in the good ol' commonwealth of Va. who are allowed cells/pagers in the courthouse are lawyers and and cops....ect!
Estou surpreso que você tenha permissão para usar um celular... as únicas pessoas na boa e velha comunidade da Virgínia que têm permissão para usar celulares/pagers no tribunal são advogados e policiais... etc.!

It being a public restroom they had those industrial toilets,the ones with the power flushers, that could flush a damn graperfruit down, so my phone was just an appitizer for it. HAHAHAH
