As you probably remember, in October 2018 the Belgian government published a Royal Decree on advertising that came into force in June 2019. In this Royal Decree there was mention of a bonus limitation of €275 per month.
On February 6th 2020 the Council of State of Belgium made a ruling on the decree related to this limitation of bonuses, stating that the cap of €275 per player per month was actually irrelevant, as bonuses are illegal under the law.
As a result, Luckygames.be will stop issuing all types of bonuses to customers, including but not limited to registration bonusses, cash, bonuses with playthrough, free spins and free bets.
This change will become effective on March 1st 2020. By this date Luckygames.be will be deactivating all welcome offers and any other bonuses, free bets, free spins on our casino.

Legal limit of €500
You will have noticed that our website now offers a “legal” deposit limit of €500 per week by default. The Belgian Royal Decree of October 25th 2018 requires us to contact the Gaming Commission when a player requests that this default limit be turned off. You undertake to play in a responsible manner and accept that we cannot be held liable due to our inability to comply with the aforementioned Royal Decree. If you wish, you can reactivate the “legal” limit on your personal settings page
• If you are already registered on our website and have not yet turned off your “legal” limit but wish to do so, you must provide us with proof that you are not registered on the Belgian Central Individual Credit Register for default of payment
• If you have just registered on our website and you wish to turn off your “legal” limit, you must provide us with proof that you are not registered on the Belgian Central Individual Credit Register for default of payment
• If you live outside the Belgian Kingdom, you are not subject to this check. If you decide, or have decided, to turn off the “legal” limit, you undertake in doing so to play in a responsible manner and accept that we cannot be held liable due to our inability to comply with the aforementioned Royal Decree.

Furthermore, we would like to remind you that our website offers you the possibility to set personal limits per day, week or month. Once a limit is set, it can only be modified after a period of 72 hours to help you play responsibly.
