I tempi sono stati lunghetti per svariati motivi, iniziando dal fatto che pensavo di aver vinto abbastanza da potere ritirare e invece mi hanno rimesso i soldi in bilancio perché dovevo giocare di più. Cosa che ho fatto e per fortuna ho aumentato il capitale, richiedendo 450$ i primi di marzo, ma il metodo di pagamento (mi avevano proposto un pagamento veloce tramite bonifico che ho voluto provare) prevedeva 100$ di commissione, quindi 350$ che in euro è qualcosa di meno. Passato circa un mese e non avevo notizie, ho chiesto in chat e un operatore mi ha detto che mancavano i miei dati (iban, bolletta e documento d'identità) che ho mandato. Passano ancora alcuni giorni e non ho nessuna novità, per farla breve: l'iban mi è stato chiesto 3 volte e l'ultima risale a un mesetto fa e finalmente pochi giorni fa è stato effettuato il pagamento. Morale: prima richiesta fatta a marzo, pagamento nel mese corrente.

Grazie Korokoro, per ora non ci riprovo da nessuna parte, che sia AAMS (non so perché ma, sarò impopolare, mi fido poco dei casino' italiani) o chi paga subito o dopo una settimana, non è periodo e preferisco quei pochi tenermeli in tasca. E sì, tempi biblici, ma quello che mi ha infastidito è che pur avendo inviato in tempo dati e documentazioni nessun operatore era mai in grado di darmi una risposta utile e anzi chiedeva sempre di rimandare tutto. Altri casino' hanno un'assistenza ottima e molto alla mano, questi invece salvo forse un paio con cui ho avuto a che fare efficienza quasi a zero e anzi mi sembrava tutto molto automatico tipo bot. Ciau ^_^

Thanks Korokoro, for now I won't try again anywhere, be it AAMS (I don't know why but, I may be unpopular, I don't trust Italian casinos much) or those who pay immediately or after a week, it's not a period and I prefer to keep those few in mind pocket. And yes, biblical times, but what annoyed me was that despite having sent the data and documentation on time, no operator was ever able to give me a useful answer and indeed always asked to postpone everything. Other casinos have excellent and very hands-on assistance, these instead except perhaps a couple with whom I had to deal with almost zero efficiency and in fact it all seemed very automatic, bot-type.
