I problemi che voglio segnalare e che mi sono capitati poco fa su Totosì sono i prelievi.

Verso 5 con la carta superflash per giocare giusto 5 per ottenere i 5 gratuiti al gratta e vinci e nessun problema. Tra gratta e vinci e slot alla fine decido di prelevare 18 euro (massimo prelevabile 17,50) ma nessun metodo di prelievo è funzionante o peggio da errore. Tra l'altro avevo chiesto informazioni perché fosse così complicato depositare con paypal e mi è stato detto che i dati devo essere identici a quelli presenti su lottomatica, compresa l'email. Per curiosità ieri ho depositato su lottomatica con paypal e per giunta non con la email con cui mi sono registrato e il versamento è andato a buon fine. Ho appena chiesto al supporto...vi terrò aggiornati.

L'obbligo di corrispondenza tra l'indirizzo mail registrato sul sito di gioco e quello dell'ewallet comporta non pochi problemi al momento di prelevare.

Se hai difficolta con neteller e paypal, che sono associabili ad un unico indirizzo mail, puoi provare con Skrill impostando oltre all'indirizzo principale quello secondario....facendolo corispondere con quello che utilizzi per totosì.

Ovviamente dovrai prima fare un deposito con Skrill...

A proposito di problematiche coi versamenti...

Qualche tempo fa quando mi iscrissi su Skybet.it, sito che non ho mai utilizzato, provai a fare un versamento con Paypal e la transazione venne rifiutata. (per ben due volte).

In quel caso c'era una perfetta corrispondenza tra l'indirizzo mail di paypal e quello che avevo utilizzato per iscrivermi su Skybet.it.

Leistat28...se non sbaglio tu utilizzi sia paypal che skybet. Hai riscontrato la stessa difficoltà?

Poi la cosa più assurda fu che quei due depositi non andati a buon fine, rimasero pendenti, ed entrarono nel calcolo dei limiti di versamento mensili che vennero idealmente superati.

Quindi mi ritrovai ad aver raggiunto il massimo depositabile senza aver versato un centesimo :D

Speaking of problems with payments...

Some time ago when I signed up on Skybet.it, a site that I have never used, I tried to make a payment with Paypal and the transaction was refused. (twice).

In that case there was a perfect match between the PayPal email address and the one I had used to register on Skybet.it.

Leistat28...if I'm not mistaken you use both PayPal and Skybet. Have you encountered the same difficulty?

Then the most absurd thing was that those two unsuccessful deposits remained pending, and entered into the calculation of the monthly payment limits which were ideally exceeded.

La carta superflash è una carta ricaricabile Mastercard del Banco di Napoli del gruppo Intesa San Paolo munita di iban. Per i versamenti basta utilizzare la carta o quelle virtuali ad essa associata mentre per i prelievi appunto l'iban con il quale è possibile inviare anche dei bonifici nell'area Sepa al costo di 0,50. La carta ha un costo annuale se non mi sbaglio di 9,90 euro o 10 ma non di più e non ci sono commissioni per i prelievi allo sportello automatico.

Per quanto riguarda i versamenti su Totosì non mi converrebbe prelevare con skrill visto che il minimo richiesto è di 30 e poi su questo e-wallet non ho fondi e non ho intenzione di usarlo per via delle commissioni alte sui prelievi.

Casinista932 utilizzo paypal più di ogni altro metodo di deposito e prelievo ma su skybet non ho mai versato quindi non so dirti. 

Se non risolvo il problema più tardi chiamerò il numero verde di Totosì per vedere cosa mi dicono perché su Lottomatica come ho scritto precedentemente il versamento con Paypal è andato a buon fine mentre su Totosì no e i dati sono gli stessi.

If I don't solve the problem later I will call the Totosì toll-free number to see what they tell me because on Lottomatica, as I wrote previously, the payment with Paypal was successful while on Totosì it wasn't and the data is the same.

Utilizzo una prepagata simile alla tua emessa da Banca Sella che ha lo stesso costo annuale ma prevede commissioni di prelievo se la utilizzo in bancomat che non appartengono allo stesso istituto. In effetti c'e' anche un iban associato me non l'ho mai sfruttato :p

Capisco la tua reticenza a voler utilizzare Skrill perche' ultimamente hanno alzato troppo le commissioni e molti casinò hanno deciso di rimuovere questa modalità di pagamento.

Dimmi per favore cosa ti rispondono da Totosì perchè mi interessa sapere qual'e' il loro livello di efficienza...

Per quanto riguarda Totosì il livello di efficienza mi sembra alquanto scadente. Non avendo ricevuto una risposta che avesse risolto il mio problema poco fa ho deciso di chiamare il numero verde. Mi hanno messo in collegamento con un operatore rumeno che mi ha detto di riprovare a prelevare tramite bonifico e ad inviare una email al supporto per far rimuovere i dati della carta per poter depositare con paypal. Ovviamente ho tentato di nuovo il prelievo e nulla l'importo non è disponibile dopo aver inserito i dati dell'iban. Ho quindi appena inviato una email chiedendogli esplicitamente di dirmi cosa fare se abilitarmi a prelvare tramite bonifico o a depositare con paypal. Gli ho inviato anche gli screen del mio conto Lottomatica giusto per capire qual è il problema su Totosì che non mi consente di depositare con Paypal. Più di questo non so fare ma devo dire che ogni volta su questo sito ho riscontrato solo problemi in tutto. Spero di dovermi ricredere ma visti i risultati ne dubito altamente.

As far as Totosì is concerned, the level of efficiency seems rather poor to me. Not having received a response that resolved my problem a short while ago, I decided to call the toll-free number. They connected me with a Romanian operator who told me to try to withdraw via bank transfer again and to send an email to support to have the card details removed so I can deposit with PayPal. Obviously I tried the withdrawal again and nothing, the amount is not available after entering the IBAN data. I therefore just sent an email explicitly asking him to tell me what to do whether to enable me to withdraw via bank transfer or to deposit with PayPal. I also sent him the screen shots of my Lottomatica account just to understand what the problem is with Totosì which doesn't allow me to deposit with Paypal. I don't know more than this but I must say that every time on this site I have only encountered problems in everything. I hope I have to change my mind but given the results I highly doubt it.

Segnalo quanto mi è capitato poco fa...

Decido di giocare sulla slot reel steal della Netent e becco per ben tre volte i free spins. Dai 18 iniziali arrivo quasi a 40 euro ma la terza volta il gioco si interrompe nei free spins iniziali. Dopo quasi due giorni di attesa mi hanno aggiornato il saldo ed ho potuto finalmente prelevare tramite bonifico. Fatto sta che non giocherò più alle slot della sezione casinò di Totosì. Al massimo aderirò a qualche promozione interessante ma delle altre sezioni di gioco perché non vorrei trovarmi di nuovo nella situazione di regalargli le vincite.

Per alcuni può essere anche un buon casinò ma per me non lo è affatto viste le problematiche e la scadenza del supporto.

Totosì a quanto vedo è lentissimo pure nei prelievi oltre che nel dare risposte ai clienti. Avrei capito delle cifre consistente ma attendere tutto questo tempo per un bonifico di circa 30 euro lo trovo alquanto esagerato. Nulla a che vedere con Betflag, Betclic e con quasi tutti gli altri casinò del circuito Aams.

Putroppo con le festività di mezzo e i vari ponti tutti i bonifici hanno registrato dei ritardi compreso quello che ho ricevuto da Betflag. Di norma erano sufficienti due giorni mentre stavolta ne sono serviti 5. Per non incorrere in ritardi bisognerebbe richiedere i pagamenti nei primi giorni della settimana al massimo nel dopo pranzo. Mettici pure che le giornate come queste che sono appena trascorse vengono utilizzate dagli istituti bancari per fare manutenzioni sui sistemi e quindi è possibile che il ritardo non dipenda nemmeno da Totosì.

Per la cronaca...quale percorso segue la richiesta di bonifico su Totosì...

Dopo averne fatto richiesta si riceve una prima mail di conferma ed una seconda al momento in cui l'ordine passa da pendente ad eseguito?

Allora se questa volta anche Betflag è stato lento nell'evadere il bonifico per via delle festività come mi hai fatto giustamente notare può darsi che ciò valga per Totosì e anche per gli altri casinò.
