Como DESMONTAR aqueles cupons chatos!!!

I know this isn't a ND bonus, but this info will b very helpful 4 those of u out there that cannot play @ a casino due 2 having a coupon that is hung up in your account.

I heard yesterday somewhere that the way 2 get a coupon unstuck is 2 log on 2 play 4 fun money & play 4 a bit, then log off. Then log back on playing 4 real money & it should fix the problem. Smokey115 had this problem earlier & I advised that he try this, but warned him that I had not yet personally tried it. He tried it @ 2 different casinos & it worked 4 him. Now i'm off 2 get my 4 or 5 I have unstuck.

Hope this works 4 every1!!! GOOD LUCK! 

I tried this at catseye and vip lounge and it worked perfect but it did not work at POC. Oh well I can now catch up at these 2 casinos and still have to try it at party city, virtual and SOV. Thanks for the fix Luvkitty.

Do not switch to real money play w/o logging off first. I think that plays a huge part in how this is able 2 work.

THIS JUST WORKED 4 ME @ CLUB PLAYER!!! I have had that coupon stuck in there 4 about 3 months now. WOOHOO!

It works! I tried Clubplayer and the playthrough from the last coupon is gone. Very nice method!

all you have to do is go to chat and ask them to remove the playthrough from the prior coupon, so you can use another one...they always have done it for me.  has something changed??

The Virtual Casino is, so far, the only casino where the play money method does not work.

Yeah Nal...I know exactly what u mean. Catseye locked my account months ago, but I still get their email promos. The only reason I haven't gone ahead & just completely unsubscribed from them is b'cuz if I get somethin' useful(like a free chip)then I can post it here 4 the rest of yuns.

where were you with this information a few weeks ago when i got mad and uninstalled a bunch of casino because of this. Now i cant remember which ones they were. lol  Hey lvukitty Im back had a blast went to that casino and hit for 17,500 (ok so i was on the penny slots) but 175.00 wasnt bad - when i was losing i wanted to go to the cashier and ask for a n/d bonus code but ........

also if you open task manager and end task under the Processes tab casino.exe also fixes it.
Some sites like realtime gaming if you log and use a coupon from one sight it hangs and will carry to the next site you go to, not allowing you to redeem coupon and get: Unable to redeem coupon at this time please call customer support blah blah blah  (hate that notice )

Thanks Spadeaholic and luvkittynumber1 (again).  I tried both of your suggestions and finally succeeded in clearing a playthrough at Party City that was stuck for months.  When I tried using one of the suggestions it didn't work..but after performiing both...taaaa daaaa...ready for another freebie!

I got this 2 work 4 me @ Casino33 a few days ago & 4got 2 update my log until now.

If this does work/not work 4 u please make a comment here letting me know which casino it was & I will make a note of it on my log that I have posted on page 2, reply #21 of this thread. I am trying 2 pinpoint y this works at some & not others.

Has anyone had luck at POC doing this?  I was able to do it at Cool Cat and Club Player, but not at POC.  Also, at Royal Ace when I sign on it is blank where my user name and password usually goes, I tried clicking on forgot password, but it won't let me even put my email addy in, I got a feeling this means I am locked out!! :-\  Thanks you guys are the best, I love this site!1

mkconradi  I had the same problem with Royal Ace for months....I even contacted their support and they said it must be a problem with my computer.  Once I openned the casino login box all I could do was exit... I couldn enter anything in the account or password boxes.  Nothing worked but exit.  Then one day I left the log in box open for a few hours and when I went back my account name was there and I was able to enter.  Even now when I open that casino...it takes awhile before my account name shows up.  I don't know what to tell you except that you aren't alone...and perhaps leave the login box undisturbed for awhile and check back later.

Thanks so much, I left the login box open and bingo, a few hours later my name came up.  It had been since August since I was able to login.  Now all I need is a new code!!!

Well I am still trying at Cool Cat and it does not work.. 

i dont remember which ones  they were but there has been at least 2 times this has happened to me and all i did was live chat or call them and they removed it as soon as i asked them if they would.  it seems kinda wrong for them not to really, do they want your money or not right?  if they wont i would just move on to another casino, there are plenty out there that treat you better...

is this topic still valid?>
