Hi i was playing on anonymous casino raw and just before rip i hit a bonus on domnitors deluxe. Instead of runnign it right away i went to deposit on ilucki but i had white screen problem so i cleared cookies which logged me out of anonymous. I could contact support and give infos to be able to track the account... to then be told "there is no bonus the last bet win is 0" ... It's not the first nor the last time they bring that fraud reply to me or anyone else. Are the staff in these casinos retarded or they think we stupid to such a level that we can be convinced the bonus we had never existed? I mean, i hit bonus i see i move tab then the genius on the other side tell me straight clear that i had no bonus and won 0. Seriously not only are they fraud with false RTP, manipulated system and all the bs but on top they talk to us like we are complete braindead fool.
So yeah everyone, if you have an issue with them, if you get logged out and didnt save the link then they will tell you there was nothing in there and never give anything. On top, telling me the system is encrypted and they can't access anything is loads of bs as the casino, for verification issues or else need to have some kind of access. Maybe that person didnt have access but someone on top do have access but she would never tell me .. nope.. just treat me like a scrap and lose a customer for a couple dollars...
To all: Don't play on direx casinos, they have a system built to not detect and save certains actions so that if you get cheated (it's on purpose) then their system will not show anything like my bonus is there but to them it doesn't exist.. or big bet big win on roulette that get placed back in balance without win to then have the staff say there is no bet in the system (on purpose again). They run casinos built to scam you in many different subtle ways where the customer will think it was just a malfunction, bad timing... but it's not. People that had same issues as me will know what im talking about.. their "system" that never see, know anything... EXCEPT if it's to void our winnings then oops the system knows! anonymous was bout the last direx i was expecting to keep but i guess they made sure it doesnt happen which will save me a ton of money and bad nights in the future.
