On July 11th, I made a withdrawal of €150 in cryptocurrency (ETH) which was never credited to my wallet, although the address was correctly entered and the transaction verified. As I had all the proof showing non-receipt of the payment, the casino made a second payment (withtout asking for my address since they had it)… to an address that is not mine and that I do not know. Despite multiple follow-ups and submission of all technical proofs, the casino refuses to admit its error or proceed with a payment to my ETH address. The support claims that I provided this unknown address, but they are not able to prove it (since I didn't...) After filing a complaint with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, the regulator ruled in favor of the casino without providing me with any evidence or transparent justification. They simply sided with the casino without requesting any proof. I have a document/web page with all the screenshots and proof if necessary.
