Hi,
I have a problem with my withdrawal. I have provided loads of documents and had my account KYC verified. When I came to withdraw funds they keep asking me for a bank statement in pdf format which I provided multiple time but keep getting a reply that they don't accept a screenshot. Same document that I uploaded for withdrawal was accept by them for the proof of address.
Below is a transcript of the same reply I keep getting.

Thank you for providing us with your documents.
Sadly, the document you uploaded for the verification of your IBAN cannot be accepted due to the fact that it is a screenshot.
In order for your IBAN xx6001 to be verified, the following documents are accepted:
- Bank statement or an official bank document that states the IBAN and the accountholder's name.
The documents should be clear and in PDF form or a photograph of a physical document. Screenshots are not accepted, as well as, scanned or cropped images.
All the documents should be uploaded to your gaming account. To upload your documents please click on your Icon -> My profile - > Documents tab -> Select the type of the document -> Choose file -> Verify.
