I have been waiting 14 days for withdrawal of 400$. It is a bitcoin withdrawal request, and it should be faster than other payout methods. I waited 6 days before contacting them the first time, but, I'd not heard anything from them so.. I called. They informed me I needed to send verification documents. No prob, I sent it within 20 min. of the call
The next few days passed and I hadnt heard from them again, and I decide I should call agian. So, this time they say,
we received your DL and CC and proof of residency but, we cant read your Credit card or DL. So, they say send it again.
( It seemed strange that BIG DOLLAR would have an issue with the quality of the copies since, I have used that same printer and scanner to send verification to well over 30 casinos before, and I've never had a problem like that before)
I went ahead and took a pic. with my cell and sent it right over. then waited and waited, days and days. Until I finally called again... Because I'd not heard anything from them..
That was yesterday. Then the rep. says "yes, everything appears to be in order" and you should receive the withdrawal no later than tomorrow. That brings us to today., Still not bitcoin in my bitcoin wallet, So, they still haven't paid out. I call back.. Now, all of the sudden, they need me to resend the back of the Drivers License again. Im done. I just hung up on them. I guess theyre going to get away with keeping me running in circles, because, I am not able to force them to pay. I understand maybe there is something LCB can do?
