I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from Play24bet.com for what will be a year in September this year.
I have spent hours on their online chat facility to be told " please be patient","our payment processors are updating", "finance will sort this in two days max" but nothing. My account has been verified and they are quick to take a deposit but will not pay me my winnings. My account shows "withdrawal limit met" - I have never withdrawn anything.
They have given me numerous email addresses to email but surprise no response.This is so time consuming and causing me stress.Does anyone know how I can go about getting my winnings or finding out if they even have a licence to trade?
