So I have 8 accounts with this group. 4 were four years old and the other 4 they set me up with a few weeks ago (I'm US but once you deposit they can set up the other accounts at their casinos for you).
Anyways, I'm done I think with them due to the "too bad we can't help you even though it's our fault" attitude.
Player Points can be combined "supposedly". When I try to do it I get a user error and support says they can't combine them from their end "I'm sorry". Also I have 3 accounts that I have been promised 3 seperate times (tonight was the 3rd time) to have it fixed. This bugs me because I have points OWED to me for previous recent play on all these accounts. All in all I'm sure my freeplay is worth no more than $20 but still it is promised to me. Lastly, on my promo page I qualify to play in week 8 of Oceans 15 (tourney) however support says I would have received an email if I qualified (my casino page and support say two different things). If they were trying to keep me happy or fix it I would be fine..but to hear "we can't fix it on our end sorry" is unbelievable.
So far I think I will stick with Casino Rewards Group because at least they are consistent and if it is a problem with their casino or on their end they fix it or comp you.
