Does anyone remember the "Magic 8 Ball?" Of course you do. It's the toy that you ask it a question and then shake the hell out of it, and flip it over for the answer.
I had one of those at my office when I was running a car rental place. I used it to make all my executive decisions. Perhaps that is why I lost that job. lol
There was just something about the Magic 8 ball that made you pick it up and ask it a question. I think you can still find it in the stores today.
It gave answers like:
Better not tell you now. 
Ask again later >:(
Yes 
No 
etc....
Totally a toy for all ages. haha.......
Anyone ever have one of these things but me?

I loved the magic 8 ball!! I took that baby serious. Of course it was always love related and my secret crushes when i was a kid. I always would wonder...how long do i have to wait when it would say ......"ask again later"! I never did have the patience to wait. I wanted the answers now!!!
Another thing i believed in wholeheartedly was the OUIJA board! And it would never fail......it was never me who was moving it, it was the other person. We would spend so much time blaming each other for moving it that we never really did get a answer!

Eu sempre me perguntava... quanto tempo eu teria que esperar quando ela dizia... "pergunta de novo depois"! Eu nunca tive paciência para esperar. Eu queria as respostas agora!!!
Outra coisa em que eu acreditava de todo o coração era o tabuleiro OUIJA! E ele nunca falhava... nunca era eu quem o movia, era a outra pessoa. Passávamos tanto tempo culpando um ao outro por movê-lo que nunca obtivemos uma resposta de verdade!

Never had one of those but I used to play affection game with flower pedals...he loves me or he loves me not... I remember the thrill of how I felt while picking one petal off a flower for each phrase...he heh...

Hey Lips....I used to play with a OUIJA board with friends I trusted. We for sure got that thing to move, and it wasnt any of us doing it. We got the crap scared out of us, and I have never went back to it. lol
As far as the Magic 8 Ball goes, I think I am gonna look for one today. Bring it home, and start a service here at the forum for questions that only the Magic 8 Ball can answer. HAHAHA

Ei, Lips... Eu costumava jogar com um tabuleiro OUIJA com amigos em quem confiava. Com certeza conseguimos fazer aquela coisa se mover, e não foi nenhum de nós que fez. A gente levou um susto danado, e eu nunca mais voltei a jogar. rsrs

I have to say I have never seen one of these things - except in a film. Amazing they can still sell them even today....but not in the UK (to my knowledge).
