I'm currently transitioning into a male and have changed my name. GUTS CASINO used to be my number 1spent 100s there. When i declared this and emailed my name change. They blocked my account claiming they want proof of address etc with my previous name which i dont receive any letters in any more. There is 50 in that account and it's been almost a year still they wont help me resolve the matter. Massive thumbs up to unibet paddy power sky Vegas and Betfair who have been amazing. Changed my name on the account and gender no issues what so ever. Even my bank didnt cause me a problem with the deed of name change. I feel robbed. Wont even close the account at my request n send funds.
Extremely disappointing. If your transitioning avoid guts casino!
Estou atualmente em transição para homem e mudei meu nome. O GUTS CASINO costumava ser meu número 1, gastei centenas lá. Quando declarei isso e enviei um e-mail com a mudança de nome, eles bloquearam minha conta alegando que queriam comprovante de endereço, etc., com meu nome anterior, sobre o qual não recebo mais cartas. Há 50 nessa conta e já faz quase um ano que eles não me ajudam a resolver o problema. Um grande obrigado à Unibet, Paddy Power, Sky Vegas e Betfair, que têm sido incríveis. Mudei meu nome na conta e gênero sem problemas. Nem mesmo meu banco me causou problemas com a escritura de mudança de nome. Me sinto roubado. Nem mesmo fecham a conta a meu pedido e enviam fundos.
Extremamente decepcionante. Se você estiver em transição, evite o Guts Casino!
