Redbet WARNING! I played there yesterday. Used a 100% deposit bonus to get some extra money to play with (deposited 100€, got 200€ total).
But I would not have needed it as I won a nice amount almost immidiately using a 3€ bet. But the bonus still had to be wagered so I kept playing. Since my bankroll was increased from the win I bet a bit more; 10€ per spin. When their site said that the bonus had been wagered I asked for a withdrawal. T
he amount was about 2400€. Today I got an email saying that they confiscated the entire win. Apparently in their rules they have a clause about bonus money and that if you make a bet bigger than 5€ they take everything from you.
So even though I never used the actual "bonus money" and even though I did not do any huge bets - just normal bets in relation to bank roll size - they still took everything. No warning, no "you need to wager correctly before withdrawal" just straight up stealing. I've argued with their support the entire day and they are stonewalling me.
I have reported them to the Malta Gaming Authority because of this rule that is clearly designed to trap unsuspecting players that happen to win a bit and as a result increases the bet size. Of course one can make the argument that it is all my fault for not reading the terms of service - sure; it's just a 33 page long document in a language that is not my first language and where the senctence in question is right in the middle of it (yea, just 1 sentence you have to miss in a HUGE document for them to rob you dry!).
I actually had glanced over the bonus requirements earlier (I'm an old customer of theirs) but I had misread it as that the maximum it can count towards wagering the bonus is 5€ per spin, not that it was forbidden to bet more. Zero service mindedness. Zero interest in keeping a customer that have been playing there regularly for the past 3 years. It's not like I tried to scam them when I played with 10€ bets instead of them 5€ wanted.
They stole a months pay from me so I figure the least I can do is spread the word for a month. This is the first site I'm posting on; the first of very many. To anyone who reads this: Stay away from Redbet! They WILL steal your money!

O valor era de cerca de 2.400€. Hoje recebi um e-mail dizendo que confiscaram todo o prêmio. Aparentemente, nas regras deles, há uma cláusula sobre bônus em dinheiro e que, se você fizer uma aposta maior que 5€, eles tomam tudo de você.
Então, mesmo sem nunca ter usado o "dinheiro bônus" propriamente dito e sem ter feito nenhuma aposta grande – apenas apostas normais em relação ao tamanho do meu saldo – eles ainda assim levaram tudo. Sem aviso, sem "você precisa apostar corretamente antes de sacar", simplesmente roubo descarado. Discuti com o suporte deles o dia todo e eles estão me obstruindo.
Denunciei-os à Autoridade de Jogos de Malta por causa desta regra, que visa claramente capturar jogadores desavisados que por acaso ganham um pouco e, como resultado, aumenta o valor da aposta. Claro, pode-se argumentar que a culpa é toda minha por não ter lido os termos de serviço — claro; é apenas um documento de 33 páginas em um idioma que não é a minha língua materna e onde a frase em questão está bem no meio (sim, basta uma frase que você precisa perder em um documento ENORME para que eles te roubem!).
Na verdade, eu já tinha dado uma olhada nos requisitos do bônus antes (sou cliente antigo deles), mas interpretei errado, pois o máximo que pode ser contabilizado para a aposta do bônus é 5€ por rodada, não que seja proibido apostar mais. Zero preocupação com o serviço. Zero interesse em manter um cliente que joga lá regularmente há 3 anos. Não é como se eu tivesse tentado enganá-los quando joguei com apostas de 10€ em vez dos 5€ que eles queriam.
Eles roubaram um mês do meu salário, então achei que o mínimo que posso fazer é espalhar a notícia por um mês. Este é o primeiro site em que estou postando; o primeiro de muitos. Para quem ler isto: Fique longe da Redbet! Eles VÃO roubar seu dinheiro!
