Ik zende mijn documenten reeds door 2 weken geleden plots moest ik nieuwe oploaden dat heb ik gedaan ik stond toen reeds met 40 euro op mijn real balance opnieuw contacteerde ik heb met het feit dat mijn documenten nog steeds niet waren geverifieerd tot op heden nog steeds niet gebeurd.
Ik stond vorige avond op 183,33 en ik kijk vandaag terug en alles is verdwenen ik contacteer hun waarbij ze beweren verschillende keren mij gecontacteerd te hebben nieuwe documenten door te sturen maar ik zie geen mail daaromtrent enkel vanavond na het verwijderen van mijn geld .
Wat volgens gebeurt is omdat ik geen nieuwe documenten uploade wat dus wel gebeurd is maar still pending staat op mijn account.
Ook omdat het nog niet helemaal gewaggerd was er was slechts 326 over om te waggeren maar met ik toch niet kon mijn geld opnemen komen ze nu af mij gecontacteerd te hebben en met het flauwe excuses dat het mijn schuld is en dat de bonus expired is . Volgens mij is dit pure oplichting door opzettelijk mijn account niet te verifiëren op tijd zoals in term binnen de 3 werkdagen. Het is reeds meer of 14 dagen en geen mail ontvangen of iets staat nog steeds pending .
Met wat recht nemen ze mijn real balance geld ?

Isto supostamente ocorreu porque não enviei os novos documentos, o que de facto aconteceu, mas o saldo ainda está pendente na minha conta. Além disso, como o bónus ainda não tinha sido totalmente aplicado, faltavam apenas 326 euros para serem aplicados, mas como não conseguia levantar o meu dinheiro de qualquer forma, agora alegam ter entrado em contacto comigo e dão desculpas esfarrapadas, como a culpa ser minha e o bónus ter expirado. Acredito que se trata de pura fraude, uma falha deliberada em verificar a minha conta dentro do prazo de três dias úteis. Já passaram mais de 14 dias e não recebi qualquer e-mail, nem consta qualquer estado pendente. Que direito têm de debitar o meu saldo real?
