Curacao has basically become a shell body where they say they provide player protection. Yet it would seem as if as long as the casino pays it's dues. They turn a blind eye when it comes actually providing resolution for a player. Plus most of there casinos really aren't located in Curacao anyways. They only buy a mailing address there, mainly in there technology park. So they can get a license, they host there operations elsewhere.

Here is what happened later on - there has been an important chain of events.
BetFTV kept telling Gaming Curacao that they'd pay me up by this date or that date. That never materialized, and they kept putting Gaming-Curacao off.
So after that's been going on for a while, after a long process, their license is now SUSPENDED! The regulator has suspended the license of BetFTV because of this.
Their payment processors, software suppliers, and so on and so on get notified of that, as well.
BetFTV has still - falsely! - claimed they're licensed for a couple of days after that. They might still be doing that. So that's the road they (BetFTV), sadly, took.
I think it is very important to know that dishonest business practices end up with this - a situation where noone really ends up in the green.
An unlicensed no-paying casino, who'd ever play there!?
They could've done so much better.
What's also interesting is, it's been a year since all this. A long, long time.
And I now have a similar case, with Majestic slots. We're still in the mediation process on it (hopefully, at least).
