Why do you continue to support sunset slots group ? They have a bad habit to change the terms and conditions of the bonus , activate new bonus not required to constrain the money .
you can play chess with an opponent who can change the size of the board and the number of pieces .... and also the rules of the game ?

Pleased to meet you. I am not to sure about your experience in the past with Sunset Slots.
However I have now taken over the role in being actively involved in the well being of the players. I myself have been in the gaming business for close to 15 years and started off my career at a very successful brand in the South African market (Piggs Peak).
I have always believed that running a transparent and ethical business is key to success and as far as possible I will do my best that to offer you guys the best possible service.
We have recently re-branded our Sunset Slots brand and moved it over to Topgame. Unfortunately there certain instances/cases where I wont have full control over bonuses/t's &c's etc, but please feel free to bring your concerns to my attention and I will try my best to resolve those issues.
Having said that, I have full control over Ranging Bull and Grand Fortune and you have my word that you will have 100% of my dedication and attention. We are going to make mistakes and we will most probably peeve a few guys off along the way. But 99% of the times it's something small that can be corrected or there is a valid reason for the decision. All I am asking is that we work together and resolve the issue amicably.
MrJames1927, All I can ask is that you give us another try. Even if it means popping in a playing off a freebie every now and then.
