@ bonbon - you are 100% correct in your communication between the agent and yourself. The min deposit for the previous week is in fact $100. So in that case the agent isn't familiar with his product and that will be addressed with the call centre manager and senior management.
Having said that, I think that the confusion came in due to my VIP manager doing "special cashback" offers on the fly.
I am currently in a strategy meeting, but had a brief look into your account. I see that your account was updated with a 20% cashback based on the previous deposit. I have also gone ahead and awarded you with a $15 inconvenience bonus.

On the support issues, please accept my sincere apologies if there are cases were the guys drop the ball. We are in the process of relocating our call centre and jacking up the service levels. (more staff, more training, better response times..etc....)
We are going to make mistakes along the way and we might peeve a few guys off, but 99% of the times these can be resolved amicability.
